License

When you purchase bbShopManager you are in fact purchasing a license to use that software. Thus you do not own the software, you own the license. The owner of the software is and will be Benjamin Bunse while the license your purchase gives you certain rights what you are allowed to do with the software.

bbShopManager License

The bbShopManager license grants you, the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to make use of the software that you acquire (Software).

Your use of the software is subject to the following conditions:

1. You may use the Software alone or you may incorporate the Software into another work you are creating.
2. Unless you have Benjamin Bunse's prior written consent, you must not directly or indirectly license, sub-license, sell or resell the Software or offer to do any of these things. All of these things are referred to as Resale.
3. You may reproduce the Software in a printed format or display the Software in a not interactive way on a website you are creating.
4. Your use of the Software is limited to a single application and online shop.
5. You may use the Software in a work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client who has asked you to create it.
6. You must not incorporate the Software in a work which is created for Resale by you or your client.
7. If the Software is used or incorporated in a work there is no restriction on the number of copies of that work that can be reproduced and distributed (provided the use/incorporation remains a single application and the copies are not for Resale).
8. Notwithstanding the restriction on Resale, if you acquire the Software on behalf of your client you may recoup from your client the cost of acquiring the Software.
